Here's the 10 worst things about Mike Rogers followed by the 10 best about Josh Segall.

#1 Voted for Iraq war, and still says he would have done it, knowing what he knows now.
#2 His Congressional and Campaign Chief of Staff was reprimanded for ordering torture at Abu Ghraib, now he advises the Rep. who sits on the Homeland Security Committee.
#3 Took a $1500 donation from the owner of Tull Corporation 2 weeks after a bill to eliminate one of Tull's products: Superpoison Compound 1080 was put before Mike's Committee. (The bill has stalled out)
#4 Voted against the minimum wage at every opportunity. Voted twice for a pay raise for himself.
#5 Mike is a liar, he says Politico called Josh Segall: "Proabortion" that was not in the article.
#6 Mike runs fearmongering ads like this one: "But Joshua Segall, Joshua Segall has worked with the most radical liberals in Washington, sided with extremist abortion groups, siding with liberal special interests that want to raise taxes and kill jobs, wrecking our economy. Joshua Segall, say no to his extreme liberal values"
#7 Mike Rogers is clueless. He said that Alabama has a very "healthy and diverse" economy
#8 Rogers voted against the Lilly Ledbetter act for Equal Pay for Equal Work. Lilly Ledbetter is one of his constituents.
#9 The GOP and RNCC are desperate for AL-03, They've packed Mike's war chest.
#10 There's an Army Depot that incinerates warheads in Rogers' district. Everyone wants to work there, because employment is rare and the pay well. It leaks so much hazardous material that Rogers was force to fund a water treatment facility to take care of the ground water toxins

10 Reasons to Fund Josh Segall.
#1 Josh is pragmatic. He talks about doing the best thing for his district, regardless of party lines. This is so refreshing!
#2 Josh taught Agriculture and knows that Alabama needs new infrastructure. They get almost as much rain as any state in the nation, but still have droughts due to lack of infrastructure.
#3 Josh understands local and national economics. He knows that rebates don't spur growth in the economy. Rebates go to Wal-Mart and Exxon and leave the country.
#4 Josh wants out of Iraq. He knows we've done all we can.
#5 Chris Hayes, Washington Editor of the Nation magazine grew up with Josh Segall. He says that Josh is one "of the smartest, most genuine, committed and honest people I can ever imagine running for office."
#6 Josh Segall is a dominant debater, and it's due to his intelligence. He rips Mike Rogers but does it with facts, and style and grace. Video here
#7 Josh has a plan: To build refineries for cellulostic ethanol. However for that they need roads that can hold 20 Ton trucks. Alabama has 1200 bridges that can't hold a schoolbus. Josh knows that grassroots infrastructure builds jobs and grows the economy.
#8 The DCCC and DNC have not been funding Josh's campaign. They dumped $2 Million in AL-02 and AL-05 even those two candidates are prolife. Josh is prochoice and hasn't seen a nickel. This is not the DCCC's fault the landscape has really changed. 4 weeks ago we didn't know if Obama would win, now we don't know if any of the Republican Senators will get re-elected.
#9 Josh is a fourth generation Alabamian and lives in Alabama. Rogers owns property in Alabama but only comes and see his constituents every two years.
#10 Because it's just one more victory for the netroots in a year of victories.
